📦 Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be returned within 7–14 business days of delivery.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with original tags still attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Sale items, clearance, accessories, and custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return.
🔁 Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Your order number
- Photos of the item(s)
- Reason for the return (e.g., damaged, incorrect item, etc.)
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
- Please include the RA number inside your return package. Returns sent without an RA number will not be accepted.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective product.
✅ Approved Returns
Once we receive your returned items:
- We will inspect them within 3–5 business days.
- If the return is approved, you will receive a store credit or refund (based on your preference or our policy) for the returned item(s), excluding any original shipping fees.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Sale or clearance merchandise
- Items purchased using a promotional discount
- Accessories (jewelry, hats, etc.)
- Customized or private label goods
- Any items returned after the return window has expired
🧾 Refunds

🔄 Exchanges
Due to the nature of wholesale operations and fast-moving inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges. We recommend returning the item and placing a new order for the desired product.
